This Policy describes what data the Dr. Setdekova service (setdekova.com) collects, how we use it and what rights you have. The data controller is Dreams Active LLC (DBA “Dr. Setdekova”), 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

1. What data we collect

• Booking data: name, email address, selected consultation date and time.
• Payment data: processed by the payment provider Stripe. We do not receive or store full card details — we only see the payment status, the amount and the last digits of the card.
• Information you share during a consultation (including about your well-being and diet) — used solely to prepare personal recommendations and never shared with third parties.
• Technical data: anonymised visit statistics (IP address, browser type, pages), collected by the Cloudflare hosting infrastructure for security and site operation.

2. How we use the data

• providing the services: booking, holding consultations, sending confirmations, reminders, session recordings and written recommendations;
• processing payments and refunds;
• responding to your enquiries;
• meeting legal obligations (accounting and tax records).

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who the data is shared with

Only with providers necessary to run the Service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and site protection), Proton AG (email, servers in Switzerland) and the video-call service used for the session. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only to the extent needed to provide the service. Data may be disclosed upon a lawful request from competent authorities.

4. Storage and security

Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the services and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Data transmission on the site is encrypted (HTTPS); correspondence uses end-to-end encrypted services where possible.

5. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies (security, Cloudflare infrastructure). We do not use advertising trackers. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings — the site will remain fully viewable.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, a copy or deletion, and withdraw consent previously given, by writing to info@setdekova.com. We respond within a reasonable time not exceeding 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a special data-protection regime (e.g. EU/GDPR), you retain all rights provided by applicable law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Children

The Service is intended for persons over 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

8. Changes to this Policy

The current version is always published on this page with the date of the update.
