These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to setdekova.com and the use of the Dr. Setdekova online consultation service (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Dreams Active LLC (doing business as, DBA, “Dr. Setdekova”), a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or paying for a consultation, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. What the Service is — and is not
Dr. Setdekova is a service of individual online consultations on nutrition, prenatal preparation and postpartum recovery. Consultations are led by a specialist with medical and nutrition education.
The consultations are for informational and general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical care, diagnosis or treatment, nor do they replace an in-person visit to a physician. The Service is not intended for emergencies: in an acute situation, contact your local emergency service immediately. Nutrition and physical activity recommendations have contraindications — consult your treating physician before applying them, especially in cases of complicated pregnancy, complicated childbirth, cesarean section, diastasis or any chronic condition.
2. Services and booking
Available formats: a single consultation (60 minutes), a package of 4 consultations (one per week) and an 8-week postpartum program (one session per week). Sessions take place by video call; the link is sent to the email address provided at booking.
By booking a time you undertake to provide accurate contact details. A slot is considered booked once payment is confirmed.
3. Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel a session no later than 48 hours before it starts by writing to info@setdekova.com. Details are set out in the Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Payment
Prices are stated in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Any applicable taxes arising on your side are your responsibility.
5. Intellectual property
All materials of the Service (texts, images, session recordings, written recommendations) belong to Dreams Active LLC or are used under licence and are intended for your personal use only. Copying, distributing or sharing the materials with third parties without our written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Dreams Active LLC for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service to which the claim relates. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of the information received without consulting your treating physician.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Wyoming, unless mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the update. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
